Game Analysis of Principal-agent Relationship under the System of Agential Construction

摘要：

The principal-agent relationship under the system of agential construction is a typical agent relationship. This article, based on theory of principal-agency, analyses the agent relationship between principal and agent through establishing a gambling model. It proposes that the main contradictions in the implementation of agential construction concentrated in information asymmetry between principal and agent, different benefit goals and asymmetrical risk sharing. According to theory of principal and agency and advanced experience of developed country, from contract drive, surveillance system, risk sharing and so on aspects, this article proposes solutions for above contradictions.
