Strategic Capability Model on EnterprisesCompetition Advantage Research

Through enterprises, network, and market analysis of institutional framework, enterprises competition advantage cannot only be studied from visual angle of inside technology and organization and sole attention to producing function, but also from the visual angle of catching the market chance; not only study the market competition of enterprises, pay close attention to market share and individual goal, but also pay close attention to the future goals of enterprises and network function; not only study enterprises network, pay close attention to social relation of enterprises without paying attention to the enterprises functions of production and trade; not only pay close attention to the transaction costs of enterprises, but neglect the production essence of enterprises.Enterprises competition advantage must be studied under the circumstances in which the corresponding enterprises kernel capabilities of the enterprises, network and market are focused on simultaneously which are compound to be called strategic capabilities.
