Discuss on Organizational Change based on BPR
After TQM, BPR called another management revolution.BPRs ideas is aimed at competition and customer demand changes,carries on fundamental rethinking and radical redesign to business process,and create new business processes. BPR implementation entails business structure changes, breaks traditional boundaries of business functions, and establishs by the flow as the center, to the team takes the work way the organizational structure. This article separately aimed at BPR and the organization transforms has carried on the theory elaboration, and proposed between BPR and the organization transformed the relations, summarized the necessity which transformed based on the BPR organization.
