A Research on the Time Buffer of the Corporate Development Strategy

摘要：

In essentially the strategy change means a strategy investment. The time decision is the important factor during the strategy change. The time buffer of the corporate development strategy is considered to strengthen the strategy flexibility. This paper analyzes the effect of the strategy time buffer,measures the value of the strategy time buffer and analyzes the time decision of the strategy buffer.
