A perspective of SA8000: Introduction Based on Trust Capital

摘要：

Factor of production of modem enterprise contains not only traditional economic capital such as labor, technology, capital and so on, but also social Trust capital such as contract execution rate,public praise, credit standing and so on. The appearance of international standard of social duty of enterprise SA8000 marks that human society began to turn emphasizing the substance and capital role to taking social responsibility as own task. The SA8000 introduction is a rational choice of modern enterprise which introduction effect is decided by the special character of scale and externality after introduction. In his article micro-mechanism of SA8000 introduction from the scale and externality is explained, micro-effect of SA8000 introduction is discussed and mechanism of action in different circumstances is analyzed.
