Study of Dual-Balanced Mixer with Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide

摘要：

Half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW)which possesses the advantage of high-Q factor,low loss,and keeps the same performance of SIW with a half reductionInsize.In this paper,a series of dual-balanced mixer based on HMSIW are developed. The conversion losses of the mixers are about 10dB.
