Modification and Optimization of the Red Liquor Extraction Process for Sulphite Reed Pulping

摘要：

This paper introduced the advanced technologies and equipments for extracting the red liquor used in sulphite reed pulping,including process flow,technical parameters and pulp washing in this extraction system.Presently it is the first set of automatic red liquor extraction system for reed acidic pulping in China.Regarding the problem appeared in the production,such as the control of pulp consistency,impurity removal and characterization of non-wood pulp,a method used to modify and update the system was illustrated.The method realized the conversion of wood pulping technology into a reed pulping one,formed a new system which is suitable for reed pulping,reached the targets of automatic and green production.
