The Analysis of Enterprise Development with e-Learning: take the information organization as an example

The development of the world wild web, not only changed the mankinds life, but also changed the learning method. The development of the enterprise digital learning can significantly reduce the training cost;raise the employees character and the organization’s competition ability. The enterprise e-Learning is subjected to be valued within its convenience, the student who is in training can be free from time and the space restriction, acquire the professional knowledge, and effectively control to learn the quality through the on-line evaluation system again. This is the present traditional type teaching hard attain. In this research, we study to explain the e-Learning development current conditions, the influence e-Learning, how duct the e-Learning into the enterprise and give examples the substantial evidence, etc., summary with the enterprise e-Learning future development again in the end. This research tries to give the enterprise the positively digital learning application reference information, unlikely enchants in the digital learning times of modern trend, whereas lose to duct the e-Learning into the real meaning of the enterprise.
