Numerical analysis of dynamic characteristics of the graphite heat exchange tube with half-ellipse cracks
The dynamic characteristics of graphite heat exchange tube with a half ellipse surface crack are studied in this paper.The stress intensity factor of the annular sectional crack is obtained by using analytical interpolation method and numerical integral method,the additional strain energy caused by the cracks is obtained by integral,and the stiffness matrix of the element with crack is deduced. The dynamic characteristics of the tube with crack are numerically calculated by using the finite element method in software MATLAB. The research conclusions are helpful for the vibration inspection and diagnostic study of tubular heat exchangers.
