The young voluntary service has extremely important function and meaning for constructing the harmonious socialist society, and it can make the human in harmony with the nature,make the human in harmony with the human, make the human in harmony with the society.Constructing the harmonious socialist society requires the growth of the young voluntary service, and need the young voluntary service to build the fir foundation for constructing the harmonious socialist society. But the young voluntary service in China embarked on lately and has many disadvantages, the article advances four countermeasures, hopes that they can contribute to the growth of the young voluntary service and the construct of the harmonious socialist society.
