Principal-Agent Relation Model of Community Governments and Community Organizations

摘要：

This paper, on the basis of analyzing the special relations between non-commercial departments community organizations and community governments, from the perspective of the relations between input costs and output, forms of special self-encouragement, etc., puts forward a principal-agent model of community governments and community organizations that is characterized by a desire for self-encouragement and a supervision mechanism, and reveals the essential principal-agent relations between the community organitations and community governments.
