Probing into the Structure & Effects of Administrative Value Culture

Administrative value culture (AVC) is a steady-going reflection and deposition in the social minds about the administrative value systems (AVS).It includes the administrative value myth (AVM),administrative value structure culture (AVSC), administrative value operating culture (AVOC) and administrative value public relations culture (AVPRC), etc. The research discloses that the AVC has been affecting the AVS mainly from two aspects.On the one hand, when its inner attributes are consistent with the current AVS, the AVC will improve the further solidification and maintenance of the current AVS.On the other hand, under the given historic conditions, the AVC will evolve, and turn intoanother cultural type in the end.Correspondingly, the people will not feel satisfied at the current AVS again.At this time, the current AVS will face the pressure of change.
