Establishing and Analyzing the Total Process Risk Structure for the Software Outsourcing Project based on ISM

In this paper author analyzed the issues concerning the lack of systematic strategies in software outsourcing risk management processes, discussed the concepts in software outsourcing total process risk management, built software outsourcing total process risk structure model using ISM method and finally analyzed the model and provided useful suggestions on total process management of software outsourcing.
