Applied Research on the Customized Service in the E-government System

摘要：

To develop the E-government system, the first problem to be solved is how to satisfy users demand to the most extend and provide them with immediate and proactive information service. The paper realized this functional requirement by adopting customized service. It built a convenient model of customized information service(the theme wisdom briefcase) which can satisfy users demand in this E-government system by using the technologies of intelligent engine, data mining and information push,etc, according to the principles of mathematical statistics, knowledge deduction.Through this model,users can receive immediate, initiative and personalized information service, thus they can gain the required information easily.
