Information System of Work Order Planning and Execution in Shop Floor under Supply Chain
Virtually SCM is a process droved by order, and all the activities of an enterprise are correlative with order. Work order planning and execution has great influence on the efficiency of Supply Chain Execution (SCE). In the paper, the information systems related to the work order planning and execution are introduced. An integrated information system of work order planning and execution is presented to realize the optimization of SCM and to improve the agility of the response of SCM to the customer demand.
