Analyze Advantages of SMEs in Industrial Cluster When Coordinate within Supply Chain

摘要：

In this paper we analyze enterprises supply chain coordination advantages in industrial cluster in China. We present supply chain surplus as the drive of supply chain coordination and analyze four key factors which influence supply chain coordination. These four key factors are specialization,standardization,informatization and knowledge management. We analyze enterprises supply chain coordination advantages in industrial cluster in China, and get the conclusion that supply chain coordination is an effective method for small & medium enterprises in industrial cluster to obtain competition advantages.
