The Application of Risk Matrix in the Risk Application of Supply Chain

摘要：

The cooperation model of supply chain can bring scale economy to enterprises but at the same time, due to complication and fragility of supply chain, this model also bring great risks to enterprises. This paper first analyses the risk factors of supply chain systematically, then apply the risk matrix into the risk appraisal of supply chain. By this way, this paper provides a scientific, simple and feasible means to the risk management of supply chain for enterprises and also expands the application area of risk matrix. Through the risk management of supply chain, enterprises can upgrade their competitiveness in the market and also improve the integral efficiency of supply chain.
