Analysis on Reliability of Supply Chain based on Metagraph
The concept of Metagraph was introduced. A Metagraph-based supply chain modeling method for discrete manufacturing industry was illustrated. Then a set of metrics of the reliability for a supply chain was built, the quantification of downstream supply chain reliability metrics system was given, and the algorithms for calculating the reliability based on Metagraph model was proposed. Finally,a case study was given to validate our method. The method can be used to quantitatively analyze the reliability of a supply chain, before it has actually been constructed and during the process of its operation.
