Electric Universal Service in China-Analysis and Suggestions

摘要：

Electric universal service means all the residents of the country no matter how much the income is can afford the electric power service. In this paper,the situation of electric universal service in China is analyzed at first. Then, the experience abroad is summarized. Based on those researches,suggestions on electric universal service in China are made finally.
