Research on Problems Faced in The Process of Developing Reverse Logistics

摘要：

Government environmental regulations concerning with environment put forward the concept of reverse logistics to companies. Many leading companies now realize that a reverse logistics system can be used to gain competitive advantage. They want to generate revenue or achieve cost savings through reverse logistics, and keep from losing money from regulatory compliance. This paper discusses the three main problems encountered by those companies who want to use reverse logistics system in a supply chain and give some useful ideas. If companies know how to solve these problems mentioned above, they can benefit more from reverse logistics.
