摘要：

After our country joining World Trade Organization (WTO) formally in 2001, the Logisticsrelated fields will be open in all sides according to the agreement stipulations at least in 2006. That means International Logistics, the indispensable part of international trade, will face the fiercer competitions. Facing the opportunities and challenges of joining WTO, how to develop is the economic problem of development that must be solved.
