Construct the Conduction Mechanism of Corporate Social Responsibility in China under the Principle of Living Together
The principle of living together requests that every social member should respect others and realize all the social members are interdependent. When the corporate is chasing their maximized profits their conduction fit the theory of Economics but the corporate has been ignoring the rule of living together so that the other members gamed with the corporate. Since the corporate made a concession to the labor union and took on the responsi bility to the labors, the corporate made self-examination and took the social responsibility as the part of codes within the corporate and fed back to the society and spread it. Thus the conduction path of the CSR has been completed. As a developing country, Chinas CSR conduction path is not the same as that in the developed coun tries. Chinas CSR conduction started with a compelling entrance of the international power, some transnational corporations in particular. Consequently, the writer holds the view that the implementation of CSR in China should be pioneered by a compelling method and propelled by an actively-participating way, and in this way, the process of CSR can be speeded up. In this sense, the writer proposes the construct of CSR conduction mechanism, which is geared toward the objective of living together, in which every social member goes back to their own quadrant, in which the prerequisite is everything goes around in order, and which is divided into two parts, the international conduction and the domestic conduction.
