Trust and Learning as Moderators in Achieving Supply Chain Competitiveness:Evidence from the Chinese Auto Component Sectors
This study uses frameworks from the supply chain management and strategy literatures to explore the relationship between learning, trust, and innovation in Chinese auto component sectors. Statistic analysis of the responses of 81 Yangtze River delta auto component manufacturing companies leads to the development of a strategic relational typology which is useful to explain auto-component manufacturing sector that has successfully shifted away from the era of contract and catalogue mindset to network and innovation mindset and can be a good model for others to follow.
