摘要：

By reviewing relevant research on influencing factors of international entrepreneurship (IE) abroad and domestic, based on the famous IE model, this article has studied various risks enterprises facing during IE process, and has done case studies on these risks, which will illuminate the kinds of IE risks and show various IE risks vividly.
