water resource is a significant factor which limits sustainable development of the economy.The scope, depth, constraints and subjects of the water resource planning exert certain influence on the development of water supply market model and further impact the water market and sustainable development of the economy. Planning water resource reasonably and matching it wish regional development plays an important role in regional development.
