Incentive Model for Compensate Core Technicians in Hi-tech Enterprises
The core technicians are principal parts of innovation and development of products in Hi-tech enterprise. Whether the core technicians are brought into playing is the key to the achievement of competitive edge during the growth of the Hi-tech enterprise. This paper, which starts with the characteristics of the core technicians work and need, offers an all-round compensation incentive model that is fit for both the Hi-tech enterprise and core technicians to create an effective incentive to the core technicians.
