Specific Human Capital of Skill-Oriented Staff for Enterprises: Investment and Incentives

In recent years, the problem of lack of supply of skill-oriented staff has being arisen in some walks and areas in China, and consequently, significance on incentives for skill-oriented staff in regarding both for theoretical study and business operation and management was given prevailing priority. In this paper, institutional analysis approach of modern firm-theory is employed to put forward economic analysis on investment and incentives for specific human capital of skill-oriented staff for enterprises. In addition, relevant fundamental countermeasure is suggested as to practical incentives strategy.
