On Several Measures of Promoting Farmer-workers settling in Cities

摘要：

Farmer-workers settling in cities is confronted with numerous problems. The only way to make them easy to settle in cities is to grant equal civil rights to them, and to reform the system of household register, and to replace their interrelated rights and interests in the countryside. This paper discussed the related hot issues.
