Research on Manpower Capital Investment in New Hi-tech Enterprises

摘要：

According to the principle of absolutely dynamic and relatively static, to carry on the classification about the high-new-tech business enterprise manpower capital. It is important to improve the enterprise of the combination between manpower capital investment and technique innovations strategy. Owing to this, the business enterprise adopts mutually manpower capital strategy at choosing the different technique strategy.
