The Motivation Features from Supervisor and Coordinative Management

There are many collisions and paradox when a supervisor manages its subordinates. This article fast analyzed the motivation features of flexibility, inconsistency and collision, and then argued the coincident management strategy to subordinates from the angles of double-direction performance evaluation, total performance evaluation, methods of object management, feedback mechanism and flexible motivation. It has a certain guidance to in improve teamwork and to foster the right leading style for the supervisor.
