Evolutionary Game Analysis of High-level Talents Aggregating

摘要：

The high-level talents aggregating as a special behavior in the talents flowing process can promote talents value and play an important role in the development of the organization. The game model of talents aggregating is established and the evolutionary game analysis is performed. The key elements are found which have an impact on the talents aggregating and the rules of the high-level talents aggregating are revealed according to the analysis of the game model.
