Exploratory Research on the Evaluation Index System for Chinese Regional Human Resource Development (CRHRD)
Early studies on the evaluation Index system for Chinese regional human resource development (CRHRD) are very limited, and most of the the evaluation Index system is from economy aspect and quantitative research. Furthermore, the indexes are very simple and not very systematic. This paper intends to set up an initial index system through literature review, through Delphi method,passing several round of experts evaluation and revision, Finally the evaluation Index system for Chinese regional Human resource development have been constructed. Furthermore, we developed a detailed method to test this evaluation index in practice. This present study expects that we could set up a series of evaluation index not only for theoretical research but also for practice. It will be a very valuable exploration on how to evaluate the level of regional human resource development from theoretical contribution.
