Major Factors Affecting Quality and Countermeasures When Scale of High Education Expanding

摘要：

According to the changes in the teaching structure, students quality, learning environment,education investment, teaching content and management, this article analyzes the joint effects on higher education quality objectively as well as prompting some of the practical countermeasures such as advancing sound learning environment by cultivating good teaching atmosphere, improving school facilities with additional education fund, upgrading teaching content by accelerating the speed of teaching material establishment, and exploring scientific, reasonable and effective teaching appraisal system. The above countermeasures are effective to ensure the stable increase in the higher education quality.
