On the National-supported Student Loans in Ethnic Universities and Colleges

摘要：

Through the discussion on the reason, the present situation and the achievements of the implementation of the national-supported student loans in ethnic universities and colleges, this article analyzes four questions, i.e. On the foundation of introducing overseas successful experiences, this author proposes some measures to improve and consummate the system of national-supported student loans.
