P Charter School in US-Alternative Practice in Education Market

摘要：

Through introduction of the charter schools in the U.S., we can learn the definitions and characteristics of it. With certain economics analysis, we learn the conditions of implementation. Then it has two sides. At last the author discusses the possibility of practicing it in China.
