When High Education Resources Facing Less Financial Supportive Students in China

The author makes detailed analysis of the fact that in China, families of poor college students cant bear the burden of high tuitions owing to insufficient investments in state colleges and universities during the structural reform of investment for higher education, and puts forward a series of measures and ideas.
