Analyses on Enlarged Enrollment in Higher Education from Rational Angle

摘要：

This article analyzes the enlarged enrollment in higher education from rational angle. By pondering over the higher education systems development, we have to see the legitimacy and also problems coming from it, and how we can develop higher education from elite education to mass education and to achieve the goal of Higher Education Popularization.
