Summarize of University Teachers Appraise Studying

摘要：

With the rapid economic development of China, especially the transformation of the way of economical growth, the readjustment of the economic structure and the higher education popularity has provided a broad space for the reform development of higher education. This paper carrying the overview research on the domestic and international university teacher evaluating foundation theories,relation between university teachers teaching and researches, university teacher appraise and its index sign system. Foundation in above research, this paper summarize the shortage about university teacher appraise.
