The Research on the Venture Capital Mechanism in the High(new)-tech Industrialization

摘要：

Facing the opportunity and challenge of economic globalization, to accelerate the high-tech development and realize industrialization, is one of the most effective measures to promote our countrys international competition. Up to now, in our country the degree of the high-tech outcome industrialization is still very low, and one of the most important reasons is that it lacks a perfect venture capital. This article from the meaning of the venture capital, analyzes the present situation and problems of our country mechanism, and finally proposes several problems that establish the venture capital mechanism oriented to the market must pay attention to.
