The Inbeing of Venture Capital

摘要：

By empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the inbeing of Venture Capital-only investing in venture enterprises whose main members are high-tech enterprise; Apart from providing venture capital for venture enterprises, it also brings value-added service to them; as for selecting the objective firms, unique investment criterions are followed. Based on these analyses, this article also put forward some questions related to Venture Capital, which need further research.
