Current National Cultural Industry-Countermeasures of Investment and Financing
The culture industrial investment and finance plays an important role in the development of the culture industry. The bottleneck issue about the culture industrial development is its investment and finance. On the one hand, there is huge investment room. for example, demand space,content space and scale space. On the other hand, the culture industrial investment are deficient, the investment and finance is inefficient, lacking of channels of investment and finance. There are many kinds of reasons leading to this contradiction, for example, backward government idea, the culture industrial policies imperfect, the laws and regulations needing improvement and the investment and finance objects lacking of teclmology content. To solve this contradiction, we should combine the national capital with the folk capital and take the national capital as the leading, the nongovernmental capital as the main body, put forward the correlative countermeasures in order to promote the development of Chinese culture industry.
