Application of the Unascertained Measure Method in the Evaluation of Corporate Governance of Chinese Listed Firms

摘要：

Corporate governance is a system guarantee of companys good movement and an important risk factor in the capital market. Therefore, evaluating the corporate governance is very important. This text uses the unascertained measure method to appraise the corporate governance and gives a synthesis appraisal model. At last one certain example is given to validate the model.
