Discussion on Stock Equity Financing and Seasoned Equity Offering of Small-Medium Enterprise

摘要：

Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) have the characteristics of smaller scale, higher growth,more intense market competition and so on, so stock equity financing is the best financing model option of SME. But our countrys SMES have been existed the phenomenon of constrained pecking order financing because of being restricted by outside circumstances. Than this paper combining the theory of enterprises financing and seasoned equity offering, has analyzed and discussed the special character,present situation and existing problem of SMES stock equity financing and seasoned equity offering. At last, it put forward some suggestions such as: developing multi-level capital market system according with SMES development, loosening prerequisites for SME seeking financing by listing on the stock market and seasoned equity offering to promote SME seeking financing from stock equity point and so on.
