Analysis of Corporate Financial Risk and Its Causes

摘要：

first in this article, the financial risk is defined through the literatures checked;and then, the causation of development of financial risk is analyzed;and at the end, the causes of corporate financial risk are detailed described from three perspectives of economy basis, behavior basis and system basis.
