A New Pay Pattern Based on the Strategic Track

In order to mirror the changes of its industry and the corporate lifecycle quite well,the author brings forward the conceptstrategic track of compensation administrationand the approach how to calculate it,analyzes the method how to control the difierent increment speed of different positions,and creates a new mathematical model to combine the compensation administration with the competitive advantage.At the same time,in order to embody the comparability of the similar post,the author also introduces“the iob coefficient of relative importanceand the ways how to use it to make sure that the intemal salary is fair.
