Enhancement of Strategy Implementation Ability for SMB

摘要：

It is vital that the ability of strategy implementation for an enterprise,but,in our country,the ability of strategy implementation for medium and small-sized enterprises is weak generally.In order to improve their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development,they must play their own advantages and enhance the ability of strategy implementation.The paper analyzed the major issues affecting the ability of strategy implementation from the feature of SMB,and gave the countermeasures to enhance the ability of strategy implementation.
