Regional Differences in Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of China and Countermeasures for Overall Development
This paper makes a comparative analysis of differences in management among small and medium-sized enterprises from different regions including the east,west and middle parts of China,regarding the status of human resources,employment of management means,institutional efficiency,capital structure,brand building,performance increase and other aspects,on the basis of a survey on small and medium-sized enterprises of different scale,types of ownership,industries and regions ofChina,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the overall development of small and medium-sized enterprises from different regions of China.
