The Study of Cost yield Model Performance Assessment System
With the introduction of cost-yield model,the paper expatiates on the main points of human resource(HR hereafter)management in performance assessment system,and further analyzes the validity of the main points in order to make the model fits the performance assessment model of different enterprises among different personnel.Meanwhile,it propounds some constructive suggestions according to the analysis on the proportion of the main points as well as corresponding adjustment to the main points of personnel assessment.
