An Analysis of Industrial Technology Characteristics and the Choice of Industrial Technology Strategies

摘要：

The technological environment of industry development includes two parts；One is the external environment which usually includes two crucial factors：the variable rate of technology in industry and technological capabilities heterogeneity across enterprises；the other is internal environment that is typically represented by technological capabilities.The paper gives an estimated method about these three industrial technology characteristics.These basic factors construct a frame that can be applied to analyze the industrial technological characteristics and to select industrial technology strategies.The paper analyzes industrial technology characteristics of 13 main equipment manufacturing industries in Liaoning province,and studies how to select industrial technology strategies based on this frame.
