The Study on Relationship between The Power Balance with Shareholder Structure and Corporate Value

摘要：

Based on the annual report in 2005 of the companies listed in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange,we empirically analyze the relationship between Ihe level of power balance with shareholder structure and corporate value.The result shows that there is positive correlation between them,but for difierent sizes and difierent industries.there is difference in the relationship.Therefore,in the present circumstances,it can help to raise the companys value to cultivate controlled shareholders to maintain a certain level of power balance with shareholder structure.
